Readers Digest Canada have released an article looking at the effects of skipping a regular morning coffee

According to their research, symptoms commonly include feeling lethargic, sluggish, being less cognitively aware, and taking longer to get going, both physically and mentally. For coffee-addicts who suffer really extreme withdrawal symptoms, problems can even include flu-like symptoms!

As ever, the best way to avoid a situation like this, remains to enjoy your coffee (and all its benefits) in moderation!
