Study finds tea drinking good for the brain

A study conducted at the National University of Singapore suggests that regular consumption of tea is good for the brain, with bio-active compounds likely to be the explanation.Black tea, green tea and oolong tea were found to be the most beneficial, with researchers suggesting one needs to drink a cuppa four times a week for around 25 years to realise the benefits.
