Study finds coffee before bed does not affect sleep

A team of researchers from Florida and Harvard have conducted a study that suggests coffee before bed does not affect sleep.

785 people were monitored, with the researchers tracking the impact of nicotine, alcohol and caffeine on their quality of sleep. The results concluded that whilst nicotine and alcohol both clearly had a negative impact on sleep, the impact of caffeine was minimal.
