Strong coffee pre-exercise can boost fat burning

An article in the Daily Mail has covered a recent study by researchers from the University of Granada.

They looked at whether consuming caffeine 30 minutes before exercise, in an amount similar to that contained in a strong coffee, could boost fat burning. Their conclusions were largely positive, suggesting that there can indeed be a benefit.
