21st July 2015
A recent study in Denmark has found that drinking coffee doesn't increase the risk of lifestyle diseases including obesity, Type 2 diabetes and Metabolic Syndrome. The research, carried out by the University of Copenhagen, gathered data from 93,000 participants in order to make their findings.
The research seems to dispel some previous studies that suggested a possible link between coffee consumption and certain diseases.
So, to conclude, there’s no need to feel guilty about enjoying that cup of coffee!
