Coffee can help improve workouts

A recent study at Dublin City University has looked at some of the health implications of coffee; and has suggested that it can help improve workouts when drunk in moderation.The Observer also reports that some of the coffees sold by coffee chains can have negative effects due to the additional calories, sugars and sweeteners found within them, and could even increase the likelihood of obtaining diabetes.
