Kew Gardens investigate forgotten coffee species

An interesting article on the Telegraph looks at how Kew Gardens are investigating forgotten coffee species to see if they could be produced commercially.

Currently, 99% of all coffee comes from two species, arabica and robusta. However, with climate change posing a real threat to much of the land used to produce coffee, potential alternatives that suit warmer temperatures are being investigated and tested.
