Drinking tea and coffee recommended in heatwave

Research from the University of Ottawa suggests drinking hot tea or coffee during a heatwave can cool you down. Hot beverages trigger increased sweating, which lowers body temperature as the moisture evaporates from your skin. However, this only works in dry conditions; in high humidity, stick to cold drinks.
